Effect of microwave power, extraction time, and temperature of MAE on total carotenoid yield (as spectrophotometrically determined), using a solid/liquid ratio of (a) 1:10 g/mL, and (b) 1:30 g/mL. Bioaccessibility (%) of lycopene in extracts obtained through MAE, HPAE, and CE.
