Introduction Olive fruit extract from Olive Mill Waste Water: ❖ Contains phenolic compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, polysaccharides and organic acids. ❖ Enhances the overall health of animals, as well as the quality and preservation of meat. Pomegranate skin: ❖ Rich in antioxidants (e.g. tannins, flavonoids, polyphenols, organic acids, fiber) that contribute to improving the immune system and health of chickens and possibly the intestinal microflora. Grape skin: ❖ Source of organic acids, phenols, fiber and proteins. ❖ Helps improve feed digestibility.
