Factors  Medium-sized companies more mature in FSMS implementation compared to their small and micro counterparts, seem to also be mature in implementing other systems, such as LSS (Dora, 2013)  Teamwork, strong leadership, top-down driven culture, in other words human related factors, are of major importance for both systems (Costa, 2021)  HACCP team can play the role of change agent which is often mentioned in literature (Dora, 2015, Powell, 2017, Antony, 2020, Trubetskaya, 2022, Mohib, 2023) as an important factor for LSS success (Azalanzazllay, 2022)  More customer-oriented companies like ISO 22000 certified ones tend to develop more advanced systems like LSS (Psomas, 2024)
